Reiki level 1 is about enabling the healing process in yourself and those close to you including plants and animals. During this course, you will learn about: The history of Reiki The five Reki principles Introduction of the first of the Usui Reiki symbols Learn to draw the Choku Rei symbol and how, where and when you can use it Self helaing The Japanese reiki techniques as taught by Miako Usui including example hand positions Reiki guided mediations Developing your intuition Detecting where reiki is needed Meeting reiki guides through meditation Energy cleansing technique-the Aura sweep 'Inwardly smiling' - sending Reiki with the eyes The 7 major chakras and how reiki balances them How to infuse reiki in objects and places Sharing reiki with other students on the course You will be atunded to the Usui Reiki level 1 in 3 ceremonies across the course of the day
