Here at Bath College we welcome all feedback, whether positive or negative, as it helps us to contribute to the College's continuous improvement. The information on this page offers guidance on how to submit your feedback and what you can expect after your submission.

We promise that all complaints will be investigated fully, we aim to respond quickly but please allow up to 15 working days for a response. We aim to find a resolution that is fair and satisfactory for all concerned, and to keep you informed of the progress of your complaint. To submit a complaint, please use the form below, or you can email our complaints inbox directly. Once one of our team has evaluated your complaint we will respond to you with our next steps.

We're thrilled you want to leave us a compliment, it really helps us to continue to improve if we know what we are already doing well. Unless requested we will not respond to compliments, but they will be passed on to any staff/departments who have been named. You can use our compliments form below to submit your comments.
Policies and Procedures
To understand the complaint/compliment procedure properly, and to ensure your complaint is dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, we recommend reading the relevant policy before raising a concern. If you are a student we strongly recommend you seek advice from the Student Advice Centre or your Personal Tutor before raising the complaint, as this could resolve your concern faster. Matters of concern should also be raised at the earliest possible opportunity to ensure they can be resolved.
