Bath College Letter Invitation to Tender

 

Bath College of Further Education are seeking proposals from potential providers of Internal Audit Services for three years from 1 August 2023. While the Corporation has overall responsibility for the appointment of Internal Auditors, it has delegated the selection process to its Audit Committee who will manage the process and make a recommendation to it.

Following a review of potential providers, the College would like to invite your firm to submit a tender. For your guidance, notes and instructions are detailed below, together with some additional information regarding the College in general.

Read all documentation carefully. You are also invited, if you wish, to submit alternative or modified proposals if you believe that they provide better value for money to the College. The documents enclosed are evaluation documents that will enable the College to appoint Internal Audit Services. The objective of this tender exercise is to identify the most economically advantageous offer and the tenders will be scored on the following weighting:

• 30% Price
• 30% Quality of Service and ability to meet College requirements
• 20% Demonstrable experience
• 20% Resourcing of contract
