Course Overview

Course ID:
4329

Cancer is a topic which sadly touches a great number of peoples' lives. This means that there are many people for whom an understanding of cancer support is relevant. The course will help learners form an understanding of the cancer journey from diagnosis onwards so that they can know how this affects both carers and the diagnosed. We would recommend this course to learners who are interested in working in the care sector and to individuals who wish to learn how to best support a loved one.

Learners start and complete our distance learning courses every day, all year, so there is no need to wait until term begins. The courses are designed to be ready when you are, so you can fit it into your schedule.

Study takes place in an online virtual learning environment (VLE) which allows convenient and flexible learning. We recommend spending 6-8 hours studying per week to ensure that you meet your assignment deadlines.
