Course Overview
The aim of this 5 hour workshop is to help you improve your confidence and motivation. We hope to do this by helping you to develop a personal action plan with timescales and goals, motivation tracking and arming yourself with tools to stop self-limiting beliefs forming. Developing Personal Confidence can be attended as a stand-alone course, however it does complement our other workshops really well.
