Course Overview
An Infrastructure Technician provides support to internal and external customers, helping them to be productive when using technology to do their own jobs, by using tools to problem solve and trouble shoot non routine problems. The Infrastructure Technician sets people up on systems and provides support when they need it, rectifying issues to maintain the organisations productivity. Ideal for those with 12 months or more experience working in a IT focused or a similar role, this Level 3 apprenticeship programme is a great opportunity for apprentices that have already completed a junior management apprenticeship programme or equivalent full-time course and would like to further enhance their knowledge and skills. This programme is ideal for young people with work experience right through to mature apprentices wanting to retrain.
