During this course, you will prepare and make a range of biscuits, cakes, and bread. You will also learn creaming and rubbing techniques to make, decorate, and finish products to a high standard. On the final week of the course, it will be a showstopper week where you will create a range of products which will display the skills you have developed over the course. You will use every day and budget friendly ingredients to become more confident with baking at home. All recipes will be included.
