Course Overview
The T Level Transition Programme is a 16-19 study programme specifically designed to develop the skills, experience, knowledge and behaviours to support progression onto a T Level Digital programme. It is aimed at learners who are not ready to start a T Level at 16 but have the potential to progress onto one. Throughout this course, learners will have their progress measured in Maths and English, Study Skills, Employability Skills and Digital Skills and will study Data Analysis, Cyber Security and Programming within this course. Learners will be expected to complete purposeful work placements and will be supported to complete a small route based project. All learners on this transitional course will complete a BTEC Level 2 Award in ICT which is accredited by the awarding body, Pearson.
