Course Overview
This course is designed to help students who have studied German L1 Beginners (Part 1 and 2) to go back over/consolidate their understanding of the fundamental building blocks of German grammar whilst at the same time extending their vocabulary on the topics. The emphasis will be on communication, though students will have the chance to improve their writing skills through homework (which is checked and commented on), and therefore an effective way of measuring progress.

Role-play, guessing games and surveys are some of the activities used to facilitate fluency in speaking. Showing videos of real-life interviews and exercises involving listing to native speakers will make the lessons as close to authentic German as possible.
