Course Overview
This course explores the representation of the human form, working from the life model. Study is based on observation using short and long poses. These sessions provide opportunities for experimentation and the development of various drawing and painting skills. Students of all levels of ability are welcome and are fully supported in building a portfolio.

Understanding proportion; Drawing & painting techniques and approaches; Development of observational awareness; Developing and understanding of shape and form; Materials and their uses ? paint, charcoal, ink, graphite, pastels.
